REFER A FRIEND SCHEME - TERMS OF USE

The Refer a Friend Scheme is available to:
- any existing customer who has been a customer of Namesco for at least 6 months and has an active paid for product on their account.
- any referred friend referred by an existing customer of Namesco, through the Refer a Friend Scheme.
Invites to Refer a Friend are issued to existing customers based on one invite for every 6 months of the existing customer having an account containing active paid for products. The maximum number of invites awarded to customer, at any one time, is 5.
The existing customer's referred friend must be a new customer to Namesco with no existing customer account.
The existing customer can choose to receive either high street vouchers or a credit on their account for successful referrals. This gift is chosen when submitting the referral to their friend.
If the referred friend places an order for £25 or over, they are eligible for a £10 high street voucher and the existing customer is eligible to receive either a £10 high street voucher or £10 credit on their account.
If the referred friend places an order for £50 or over, they are eligible for a £25 high street voucher and the existing customer is eligible to receive either a £25 high street voucher or £25 credit on their account.
Refer a friend purchases only qualify from orders placed online from the referral email.
Only one high street voucher will be issued per new referred friend account set up.
The referred friend must be an active customer of Namesco for 30 days prior to the fulfillment of the high street voucher. Both the existing customer and the referred friend must be active customers, with paid for products on their account, at the time of voucher or credit fulfillment.
The high street vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery within 60 days from the date of signup, and purchase of a product, by the referred friend.
Namesco cannot be held liable for the non-delivery, or loss, of any vouchers by Royal Mail.
No cash alternatives will be allowed.
Offer only applicable to UK customers.
A post code check will be done at the time of purchase to ensure the same address is not used twice for the existing customer. All other security checks will be carried out throughout the order process.
Namesco reserves the right to amend, or suspend, the Refer a Friend Scheme at any time for any reason.
Your use of the Refer a Friend Scheme constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
